Privacy Policy: Panoramic Digital Health


Introduction
Panoramic Digital Health is comitted to ensuring the confidentiality of all personal data concerning you resulting from the use of our website and wearable platform. We have implemented physical, organizational and technical safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and/or destruction.
Panoramic Digital Health limits access to your personal data to those employees who have a genuine need to do so in the course of their duties to provide, operate, maintain and improve our website and products. You are informed that these employees are subject to a contractual obligation of confidentiality.

Panoramic Digital Health is both a Controller and Processor for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation.

How long we keep your data
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. Often this will be determined by the contracts signed with our customers.
We retain personal data used for marketing purposes for 2 years from when we collected it.
At the end of the retention period personal data is either securely deleted or anonymised, except any personal data that we need to retain to show that we have complied with data protection law, or unless the law requires us to keep it for longer, or we need it to exercise our legal rights.
If we anonymise your personal data, it will no longer be personal data and we may keep and use it for longer.
